We offer a range of options on how to support you after a project (for example in addition to our Kickstart implementation or improvement services)
- Admin Service

- A commitment on both sides to spend 4 hours per month on improving your Zendesk. This agreement is usually between 3 to 6 months.
- This service is recommended when we identified a handful of things that we want to realise after the launch over the course of a few months.
- Bulk hours

- This represents simply a bulk purchase of n hours to be used for specific works; for example 10, 15 or 20 hours utilised within 3 months after Go-Live.
- This is recommended when we know specifically a few things we want to add to your configuration.
- Ad-hoc support
- This represents no commitment on either side. Guidoo Services can support you on specific topics you come up with after launch.
- This makes sense when there are no more requirements left to fulfil but rather to help with anything that comes up after the project.
- No further agreement will be required for this.
